Weka adds tabs, notes, scheduled messages, broadcasts and reminders directly inside WhatsApp Web — so sales teams stop losing deals in a wall of unread chats. No new app to learn. No chat data collected.
Weka lives inside the tab you already have open. Your chats, your contacts, your workflow — just arranged so nothing slips.
Sort conversations into custom tabs, plus built-in ones for Unread, Needs Reply, Groups and more. Reach inbox zero for the first time.
Keep context where the conversation is. Pricing discussed, objections raised, what to follow up on — attached to the chat, not a separate tool.
Write it now, send it at the right hour, in the right timezone. Attachments supported, with delivery status you can check.
Save the answers you type twenty times a day and drop them in with a click, personalised with the contact's name.
Message a whole tab at once with sensible delays between sends, and a clear summary of what went through and what didn't.
Set a nudge on any conversation so a warm lead never goes cold because it scrolled off the screen.
Bring a CSV of contacts into a tab, or export the contacts from one — including group members — back out again.
Start a conversation with a number you haven't added to your phone's contacts. No more saving someone just to reply once.
English, Português, Español, Bahasa Indonesia, العربية and 中文 — including full right-to-left support.
Weka was built by a two-person team who use WhatsApp for work too. We designed it so we never have to see your messages — because we don't want the responsibility of holding them.
The contents of your WhatsApp conversations are read in your browser, on your computer, and are never sent to us or stored on our servers.
No data brokers, no advertising networks, no "anonymised" resale. Weka is free because it is small, not because you are the product.
Ask us to delete your account and the things you created in Weka — tabs, notes, quick replies — go with it.
If yours isn't here, email us — a human replies.
Yes. Every feature is available to everyone at no cost. We previously had paid plans; we've turned them off. If that ever changes we'll say so clearly and in advance, and anyone already using Weka keeps what they have.
No. Weka reads your chats inside your own browser to do things like filter them into tabs, but message content is never transmitted to us or saved on our servers. What we do store is the things you create in Weka — your tab names, your notes, your quick reply templates and messages you've scheduled. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
That warning is Chrome's wording for the tabs permission, and it's misleading. It lets Weka see which tabs are currently open so a reminder can jump you to the right WhatsApp tab. It does not give Weka access to your browsing history, and we don't collect it.
No. Weka is an independent tool with no affiliation to WhatsApp, Meta, or any of their companies. WhatsApp is their trademark, not ours.
Yes. Sign in with the same account and your tabs, notes and quick replies come with you.
WhatsApp Web changes often, and sometimes a change breaks part of Weka. Tell us what you're seeing and we'll fix it — this is the main work of maintaining Weka and we take it seriously.
Install it, open WhatsApp Web, and you'll see the difference in about a minute.
